1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Makeup products that have been opened or used
- Gift cards or digital products
- Sale items or discounted products, unless otherwise stated

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@poppymakeups.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
- Packaging: Please pack the returned items securely in their original packaging. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return the original item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will assist you with a return, exchange, or full refund.
7. Order Cancellations

8. International Returns
For international orders, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
