2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The total cost for shipping will be displayed before you complete your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact customer support.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States using standard shipping methods. However, expedited or next-day shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your order is missing or delayed, please contact us at info@poppymakeups.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.

  • Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
